Swimming tips for the beginners!!

1. Breath support and rhythm

While swimming in the water, breathe out on the outside. Many times when people carry out the surface of the water, then the process of exhalation is carried out inside. The advantage of leaving the breath out in the water is that you can take the breath inwards on the outside of the head. Count your strokes. This will help you to make a permanent rhythm and to adjust the length of your stroke. Keep your head straight in your spine and try to make your body aerodynamic by looking at the bottom.

2. Hands & Feet:

Keep hands and feet as much as possible with your feet. When you take your head out to take a breath, then touch the big toe of both feet together. Keep your watch high while taking strokes. Try to complete the whole stroke quickly. In the beginning, complete the first five strokes firmly, and then keeping the rhythm, put a little less effort into the other five strokes. Gradually increase the number of strong strokes after every patience training.

3. Form Training:

Prepare yourself by rotating 50 meters after 25 meters and then. Three times, take 25 meter rotation in mind and think about how much stretching in your right shoulder during stroke. You can also get help from Bridge Boy for this. After that, try to keep the 25-meter rotation three times in mind and remember how much stretching in your left shoulder during the stroke. After that, take 25 meters of rotation three times in mind and keep in mind whether your kick in the water is affecting. When you are working on cutting your knees, keep the stroke's pull short but keep the fullness of the stroke. Make yourself calm by repeating the practice that prepares yourself. After three to four weeks you will be able to do this practice well. At that time, you can increase your circling from 25 meters to 150 meters.

4. Patience Maintaining Training:

Prepare yourself by rotating one 25 meters and another 50 meters. Take two wheels in mind with your drag and stroke. Keep in mind your kick kick in two more dizzying waters. Start swimming with a stairway exercise of 25 meters, then increase it to 50, then 75 and finally 100 meters.
Reduce your swim to 75, 50 and finally bring it to 25 meters and keep in mind that there is some rest in between. Slowly do the exercises that are ready for swimming to calm down. Once you start this ladder exercise easily, decrease your leisure time by increasing the round in the distance of 25 meters.

Happy Swimming :)

WHAT IS H2S GAS???

Hydrogen sulfide is a chemical compound with the formula H2S, and is often a colorless gas with a rotten egg odor, commonly referred to as "sewer gas"
H2S is:
  • Heavier than air
  • Very poisonous
  • Corrosive
  • Flammable
  • Explosive

Health Hazards
Hydrogen sulfide gas causes a wide range of health effects. Workers are primarily exposed to hydrogen sulfide by breathing it. The effects depend on how much hydrogen sulfide you breathe and for how long. Exposure to very high concentrations can quickly lead to death.

What is Dengue?

Dengue (pronounced den' gee) is a viral disease.
• Dengue can be caused by infection with any one of four closely related dengue viruses.
• DENV 1, DENV 2, DENV 3 or DENV 4.

How does it spread?

The dengue viruses are transmitted to humans by the bite of an infected Aedes mosquito.

Characteristics of the Aedes Mosquito:

•One distinct physical feature (black and white stripes on its body and legs) hence also called as ‘Tiger mosquito’.
•Bites during the day.
•Lays its eggs in clean, stagnant water.

Did you know?

•Only the female Aedes mosquito bites as it needs the protein in blood to develop its eggs.

•The mosquito becomes infective approximately seven days after it has bitten a person carrying the virus.

•Once infected, a mosquito remains infective for life and passes on the virus to the eggs it lays.
•Peak biting time is at dawn and dusk – 2 hours after sunrise and 2 hours before sunset.

Aedes mosquito: Fast facts:

•Adult mosquitoes “usually” rests indoors in dark areas (closets, under beds, behind curtains).

•They have limited flight range – can fly an average of 400metres looking for water-filled containers to lay
their eggs. This means that people, rather than mosquitoes, rapidly move the virus within and between communities and places.

•A few mosquitoes per household can produce large dengue outbreaks. The dengue mosquito does not lay eggs in ditches, drainages, canals, wetlands, rivers or lakes.

•     The mosquito life cycle, from egg to larvae, pupae, and to an adult mosquito, takes 8 days and occurs in water.
•     Humans develops disease after 5 – 6 days of being bitten by an infective mosquito.

What can you do to reduce risk of acquiring dengue?

PROTECT YOURSELF FROM MOSQUITO BITES

•Dengue mosquitoes bite during the day time. Highest biting intensity is about 2 hours after sunrise and before sunset.

•Wear full sleeves clothes and long dresses to cover as much of your body as possible.

•Use repellents, mosquito coils, electric vapor mats during the daytime also to prevent dengue.

•Use mosquito nets to protect children, elderly and others who may rest during the day.

Clinical description : Dengue fever (classical) An acute onset high fever of 2-7 days duration with 2 or more of the following manifestations:

Headache (often severe)
Retro-orbital pain (severe eye pain behind eyes)
Myalgia (muscle pain)
Arthralgia (joint pain)
Rash
Hemorrhagic manifestations: nose or gum bleed, easy bruising

What to do if you think you have dengue
Bed rest- acute phase
Cold sponging for reducing fever
X Avoid aspirin, brufen etc – these can cause gastritis, vomiting, platelet dysfunction
Paracetamol is preferable for fever management.
Oral electrolyte therapy: for excessive sweating, vomiting
•Avoid mosquito bites
–wear full sleeves; Place patient under bed net or use insect repellent on the patient while they have a fever, Put screens on windows and doors to prevent mosquitoes from coming into house.
•Consult a physician.

TAKE PLENTY OF FLUIDS
